  • Trudy Tyson

I am primarily a watercolor artist, but love to try other creative process’.  I find any chance to paint, cut, glue, sew an opportunity to relax and let happy accidents happen.  Many years ago I painted in oil and worked with a paint manufacturer to demo their products and oil colors.  I taught oil and had both retail and wholesale design business. After ‘retirement’, spending winter months in Florida, I started to read books on watercolor, a medium that struck fear in me, but held my interest.    It was everything I wanted to express, and I loved a water soaked color mingling with another color. I believe in membership support of regional art groups as all promote the creative process.  I’m a member of Art Market 63, a cooperative gallery in Cable, WI.   I now paint with a group of friends weekly, and have a seasonal gallery of our work…Gallery on 2nd in Hayward, WI.  We teach many workshops there and love to feature local artwork. Her work is also available at Arts in Hand Gallery in Spooner, WI. Trudy Tyson 15862 2nd Street Hayward, WI 54843 715-558-8163 715-462-3289
