  • Burnett Area Arts Group – BAAG

    The mission of the Burnett Area Arts Group is to foster and provide educational opportunities through the visual arts in Burnett County and Northwest Wisconsin. This is accomplished through sponsorship of art exhibits, workshops, fieldtrips and lectures.  BAAG hold it’s monthly meeting at the In a New Light Gallery-NW Passage; Webster WI on the first Monday of each month at 5 PM.  The public is welcome.

  • CHARAC: Cable Hayward Area’s Art’s Council’s

    The Cable Hayward Area Arts Council (CHARAC) is non-profit organization formed in 1996 to bring together the art, artists and supporters of art.  The organization works to provide art activities and events and education to the region.  We print an annual newsletter in the spring outlining our year of activities.  We also do a bi-monthly email newsletter and you can sign up to receive that issue lower on this page.  We encourage you to become a member and to continue to learn what your arts organization is doing and where you can join in.  Perhaps you are interested in a class or teaching a class.     A nonprofit gallery, we showcase mainly island artists with seven to ten changing exhibits throughout the summer, focusing on new and emerging artists in many mediums. Open seven days a week.
