Featured Student Artists Opening Reception

We invite everyone to join us as we celebrate the opening reception of a month-long exhibition of our Featured Student Artists.  Taylor Childs and Kolton Frederickson are graduating Seniors from Spooner High School.  Both students are in the Advanced Placement Art program taught by Ms Christine Sik.   Taylor loves to express herself in different mediums and techniques, and focuses on depicting locations that she has traveled to with her family, as well as locales she hopes to visit in the future.  Kolton also is inspired by his travels and is focusing on landscape art, experimenting with different mediums.  He was fortunate to travel to Spain and play soccer there, inspiring three of the paintings he is exhibiting in the gallery.

Where:  Arts In Hand Gallery, 210 Walnut Street, Spooner, Wisconsin

When:  Sunday, April 16, 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
